Work obligations

In the Work obligations register, you can enter any work obligations that apply at company level and are displayed as buttons that the employees use to keep track of their working hours in My records.

IMPORTANT

In PANTHEON Chronos Mini, the main types of work obligations are predefined.

HINT

For practical use cases showing how to set up work records, see the chapter Working time records in the user manual.

The screen can be divided into the following sections:

  1. Header for search and navigation
  2. Work obligations list of the company

1. Header

Allows you to search for work obligations and quickly navigate between the Work records registers.

Search

Enables searching for work obligations by ID, name and earnings type (ET).

(Show/Hide) Enable you to display or hide a menu for quickly moving between Work records registers.

2. Work obligations list

This section shows a table with the data on the entered work obligations, which are described below. You can edit, delete and add work obligations.

(Move) Using the drag and drop function, you can move drag the line up or down to change the order of work obligations.

ID

From home

If checked, the work obligation is displayed on the buttons when the Work from home toggle button is enabled in the Work records timer.

Icon

Image of the work obligation icon, which is displayed both in My records timer and in the main list of Work records. The icons are stored in the Icons register.

Main color

The color used to color the icon and the bottom part of the work obligation button in My records timer.

(Add)

Enter all the required information for the new work obligation in the blank line and then click this button to add the new work obligation to the Work obligations register. A button for the entered work obligation is displayed in Work records.

(Delete)
