Differences for posts between line and source line – Errors

In the account card report, you can use a checkbox to show the posts grouped by original position – source line.

The function can be accessed by clicking the  (Wizards) button in the toolbar on the Account Card form. The account card report can be accessed via the menu Financials | Reports | Account Card.

The display can be set by checking the checkbox Summary by Source Line on the Settings tab of the Account Card form.

In this case, the program combines and sums newly created postings that were created in a manual closure into one original posting that existed before the summary.

The user can delete or change these newly created postings, which is why the traceability of such postings is not possible anymore. This wizard shows these differences in a tab Diff. errors for Source line.

Each source line must also exist in the newly created line, otherwise post will be excluded from the report.
