First open Additional General Reliefs in Settings | Personnel l Payroll.

Click the clone 076281.gif button or new record 076282.gif button.

 

A window is opened where period from is not set. However, all other data are copied after cloning completes.

Then set period from and to.

Click 083656.gif in taskbar to save data.

Finally, modify amount in the Yearly Relief window so that the amount gets calculated automatically in the Monthly Relief window.088345.jpg
