Let us for example set the following place of residence for employee.

 

First open General in Personnel | Employee FIles | General | General.

 

Click a line in the Residence section and press Insert to add a new line.

 

Check the Active box. Then set Permanent option in the Residence column.

 

Proceed by entering stree address. Set the corresponding postal code. The place is then entered automatically.
