Evaluation

  

Evaluation of personnel is performed periodically.  Running ARES automation process 4000034 enables us to see the missing evaluation categories that are a part of employee evaluation process.  One of the two subscreens is described in this section.

1. Header

In the header we can determine the criteria we want to use to look at the missing evaluation points.

Period Select the evaluation period
Superiors Choose a superior employee or leave empty to show for all
Department Choose a department or leave empty to show for all
Status

You can leave empty or choose between:

  • In progress - now open evaluation period
  • Evaluated - show only evaluated employees
Job Choose a position or leave empty to show all
Employee Choose an employee or leave empty to show all
Only missing points If checked, not all, but only the missing points are shown
Add up points If checked, all the category points are added
Create Create button shows the results of selected criteria
Evaluated Click button Evaluate to evaluate
Marked evaluated Click button Evaluate all marked to evaluate all marked

2. Data fields

Users can see the following data.  Note that it may vary depending on the user autorization.

Employee Employee ID
First name Employee first name
Last name Employee last name
Position Employee's position
Superior Employee's superior
Description Description
Department Employee's department
Cost ctr. Cost contribution
Superiors Employee Superiors
Points/Percentage Evaluation points
Status Status of evaluation
Pay slip Pay slip number

3. Category fields

The lowest part of the evaluation form shows the rating of different categories for each employee you are positioned on in the Data fields part of the form.

Name Rating category name
Rating The rate an employee was given
Weight More categories can contribute to the final rate, the weight of this category is shown here 
Points/Percentage Sum of points or percentage
Note Note to the employee
Evaluator's note Evaluator's note
Evaluator Name of the evaluator
Subordinate Marked if subordinate
