Evaluation
Evaluation of personnel is performed periodically. Running ARES automation process 4000034 enables us to see the missing evaluation categories that are a part of employee evaluation process. One of the two subscreens is described in this section.

1. Header
In the header we can determine the criteria we want to use to look at the missing evaluation points.

- In progress - now open evaluation period

The lowest part of the evaluation form shows the rating of different categories for each employee you are positioned on in the Data fields part of the form.
