Items of type C – Compound Goods are used in cases when you want to perform stock tracking for basic (parent) item according to quantity and value. At the same moment you want to view quantity of child items from specification. They are, however, not received or issued just recorded in current stock.

Select a warehouse for which stock tracking is checked and stock valuation is set to 0 - No Costing.

Set the Record only Warehouse option in the Warehouse for Compound Goods field in Administration Panel | Program Parameters | Goods | General. For more information see Compound Goods - Type C.
