Let us take a look at the example of how the transaction amount differs if you in the invoice transaction window choose one of the options below:

Information:

  • supplier invoice ID 07-100-0100 in the amount of EUR 595
  • from this EUR 500 paid in cash

1) Invoice has not been posted to subject accounts or the general ledger

a) transaction amount if you select Payment - All option - EUR 95

b) transaction amount if you select Payment - Unpaid option - EUR 595

2) Invoice AND cash disbursement (payment of invoice) are posted to subject accounts or the general ledger

a) transaction amount if you select Payment - All option - EUR 95

b) transaction amount if you select the Payment - Unpaid option - EUR 95
