Export to Excel file

Function "Export to Excel"  can be found on Import/Export button of Fixed Assets form. 

It enables export of current Fixed assets register in well known format for import Fixed assets register from excel.

Hint

Option is useful if user wants to transfer quickly all data about fixed assets, small tools etc. from one database to other.

File Path

Path to excel file for import fixed assets data.

Prepare data

Use Prepare data button to prepare list of candidates for export to excel file in PANTHEON grid.
Export data Use   Export data button to export reviewed data from PANTHEON grid to Excel file.
Structure Use button Structure to review predefined structure of Excel file.
Status Candidates for export can be filtered by status (i.e. only export active fixed assets etc.).

 

2. List of candidates

 

In this grid, preview of candidates that will be exported using option Export to Excel is given. Lists consists of all columns that can be imported from Excel file:

A: Inventory No. B: Quantity C: Name D: Name 2 E: adDateOfAcq (*) etc.    

Hint

Values in Excel file in column AA and AB are values from tab Value - last record from this grid  (latest recort).
