This is retrieved from the FADN Farm Return. |
| Year/Month |
Enter the year and month for which you are entering data. |
| Date |
The date of the revenue or expense. |
| Revenue/Expense Description |
The description of the revenue or expense. |
| GDX |
The purpose that the revenue or expense relates to:
- G: revenue or expense related only to the household.
- D: revenue or expense related also to other activities.
- X: revenue or expense related to farm use and household and/or other activities.

The applicable VAT rate. |
| Qty |
The quantity of the item. |
| U/M |
The unit of measurement for the item. |
| Revenue |
The value in euros and cents. |
| Expense |
The value in euros and cents. |
| Activity |
The activity related to the revenue/expense (e.g. cattle, vineyard, etc.). |
Own Products
| Product |
Enter the products for which you want to keep records at the start of the season. |
| U/M |
The unit of measurement used for the product. |
| Initial Qty |
The initial number of animals; it must match the closing quantity of the previous month. |
| Produced |
The produced amount of the product. |
| Tourist Activity |
If we use product for tourismus on Farm |
| Sold |
The sold amount of the product. |
| Private Use |
The amount of the product used for private purposes. |
| Purchased |
The amount of the product purchased. |
| Processed |
The amount of the product processed. |
| Seed for Own Sowing |
Here we enter seed if we use for own sowing |
| Other Decr. |
Any other decrease in quantity (e.g. spillage, spoilage, etc.). |
| Closing Qty |
The quantity of the product at the end of the month. |
Livestock
| Livestock Type |
The type of livestock according to the FADN classification. |
| Initial Number |
The initial number of animals; it must match the closing quantity of the previous month. |
| Purchased |
The number of animals purchased in that month. |
| Newborn |
The number of animals born in that month. |
| Other Incr. |
Any other increase in animal numbers that cannot be classified as purchases or births. |
| Sold for Further rearing |
The number of animals sold for futher rearing |
| Sold for Slautghter |
The number of animals sold for Slaughter |
| Tourist Activity |
If we use animal for tourismus on Farm |
| Processed |
Animals used for processed |
| Own Use |
The number of animals used for private purposes. |
| Death |
The number of animals that are died |
| Other Decr. |
Any other decrease in animal numbers (death, etc.). |
| Finla Number |
The number of animals at the end of the month. |
Labor
| Status |
The status of the laborer, which can be:
- Regular unpaid labor (has worked regularly and without payment)
- Casual unpaid labor (has not worked regularly and without payment)
- Casual paid labor (has not worked regularly and has received payment)
- Regular paid labor (has worked regularly and has received payment on the normal scale for services rendered)
The statuses are defined in the Statuses register.
