Maska Polja je razdeljena na pet delov: 1. navigator, 2. osnovne informacije, 3. Grafični prikaz/zemljevid, 4. Podrobnosti o polju, Field usage and Crop areas, 5. Additional tabs Cadastral parcels on field and users
Navigator
Omogoča iskanje obtoječih polj, vnos novih polj ročno ali preko uvoza/izvoza (uporaba gumba uvoz/izvoz).

Draw Graphic of the Parcel
Graphic/Shape of the parcel is only one of the optional attributes of the parcel. With Draw button it is possible to draw a simple shape of the parcel. We can draw a polygon, polygon with holes, multipolygon or multipolygon with holes:
Procedure to draw a shape of parcel:
1. Click on Draw button (Map Viewer opens)
2. Zoom to appropriate place:
- use a mouse/scroll wheel to zoom in and out and
- use right mouse click and hold to pan around the map or
- use toolbars commands (Zoom, Drag) and after that Select to activate drawing again
3. Begin drawing with clicking on the map
4. If you want you can change coordinates of vertices in Info tab of the Map Management. All coordinates are in EPSG:3857 coordinate system.
5. To draw a hole or multipolygon you have to right click on the polygon and select Add Part command
and continue to draw a hole or another part of polygon:
6. After ending drawing select Finish to stop drawing and to continue entering others attribues of the field.
Hints: there are other options within drawing session:
a) drag and drop existing vertex from one to another position
b) Change part (right click on vertex on selected part to activate it and start to change it)
c) Remove Part (active part will be removed)
d) Remove Vertex (remove vertex of activated part)
e) Relative Move (move entire shape to another position)
f) Abs Move (move entire shape to exact postion)
g) use of Undo/Redo possibilities and
h) Erase entire shape in wizzard section:
Edit Graphic of the Parcel
With Edit button it is possible to edit a simple shape of the existing parcel. All commands and procedures are the same as by drawing (Draw command) a new shape. After clicking Edit button it's possible e.g. to erase entire shape, change some vertices with drag and drop or changing coordinates in Info tab of Map Management window, add parts (holes or separate multipolygons). etc.

Fields Valid from and valid to value depends on entering type (manual, import, shape):
a) manually entering of field: Valid from= entering date; Valid to= 1.1.2099
b) import from excel: Valid from= excel value (if empty it is entering date); Valid to= excel value ( if empty it is 1.1.2100)
Currently attribute Fields Valid to- valid from is not automatically connected to attribute CA Valid from- Valid to.

Field Usage
Fill this in only for permanent crops.

Specify what fruit is grown on the parcel. Select it from the list. |
| Protective Net Cover |
Specify the area covered by hail protection nets. Leave empty if none. |
| Irrigated |
Specify the area of the parcel that is irrigated. If not zero, you must also specify the irrigation method. |

Specify the irrigation method. Options are:
- Drop Irrigation
- Sprinkling
- Micro-Sprinkling

Podatke o parcelah lahko vnašate ročno, ali jih uvozite iz Registra kmetijskih gospodarstev. Pravilno izpolnjeni podatki na posamezni parceli nam bodo kasneje poenostavili vodenje in poročanje o delovnih opravilih in izpis raznih evidenc.

Poljedelska opravila se vodijo glede na poljine in ne glede na GERK-e. Zato je potrebno na vsakem GERK-u nastaviti poljine, tudi če imate samo eno kulturo. |

Podrobnosti GERK-a
| Vrsta rabe |
Vrsto rabe izberemo iz spustnega seznama. |
| Nagib večji od 20% |
Če je nagib naših površin večji od 20%, potem v to polje vpišemo, kakšen je nagib naših površin. V kolikor je nagib manjši od 20% pustimo to polje prazno. |
| Natura 2000 |
Vpišemo površino GERK-a, ki sodi v območje NATURA 2000. V kolikor nimamo površin v Naturi 2000 pustimo to polje prazno. |
| Najožje vodovarstveno območje (VVO_1_10) |
V to polje vpišemo površino GERK-a, ki sodi v najožje vodovarstveno območje VVO_1_10. V kolikor nimamo površin v tem območju, pustimo polje prazno. |
| Vodovarstveno območje (VVO_10) |
V to polje vpišemo površino GERK-a, ki sodi v vodovarstveno območje VVO_10. V kolikor nimamo površin v tem območju, pustimo polje prazno. |

Vpišemo površino, če uporabljamo zastirke. |
| Površina nepokošenega pašnika |
Vpišemo površino nepokošenega dela pašnika. |

Vpišemo površino zaščitne mreže, če jo uporabljamo. |
V zavihek uporabniki vpišemo uporabnike kmetijskega zemljišča. Če npr. zemljišče oddajamo v najem, vpišemo najemnika, ki smo mu zemljišče oddali (subjekt), termin najema (od-do), ceno najema in številko pogodbe o najemu.
Raba GERK-a
ta del izpolnjujemo takrat, kadar imamo pod dejansko rabo označen trajni nasad. Če GERK ni označen kot trajni nasad, se podatki skrijejo.

Vnesemo sadno vrsto, ki jo gojimo na GERK-u. Sadno vrsto izberemo iz spustnega seznama. |
| Površina zašč. mreže |
Vpišemo površino, zaščitne mreže proti toči. V kolikor zaščitne mreže ne uporabljamo pustimo polje prazno. |
| Površina nam. sistema |
Vpišemo površino GERK-a, ki ga namakamo. V kolikor v to polje izpolnimo moramo obvezno označiti še način namakanja. |
| Način namakanja |
Tu označimo način namakanja. Možnost so tri in sicer:
- Kapljično namakanje
- Oroševanje
- Mikrooroševanje

| Terasiranost |
Označimo, v kolikor so površine razporejene na terasah |
| Zatravljenost |
Označimo, v kolikor so površine pokrite s travo |
| Namen rabe |
Označimo, kakšno rabo želimo gojiti na površini ( to velja le za EKSTENZIVNI, travniški sadovnjak). Izbiramo lahko med:
- Enonamenska raba (pridelava sadja)
- Dvonamenska raba (pridelava sadja + košnja/paša)

Na GERKu vidimo tudi povezavo s KOPOP ukrepom. Tu na posameznem GEKu posamezne ukrep lahko tudi zaključimo.To storimo tako, da obkljukamo stolpec Z. S tem je naš ukrep zaključen in gaavtomatično izbriše iz seznama ukrepov na Osnovnih podatkih
