The data on the list can be sorted in descending or ascending order, or filtered to a single record.

1. Sorting
For example, let's say we want to sort the records by incident number.
To do this, we go to the column that will be the basis for sorting or filtering.

The downward arrow icon indicates that the data is sorted in descending order (from the most recent incident to the oldest). This is also the default setting. |
If we click the icon or name of the column in the previous field, the icon will change to an upward arrow, indicating that the records are sorted in ascending order. |
2. Filtering
The filters differ based on the content of the field, and are entered manually in some cases.
2.1. Content filters

Right-clicking the title of the column opens an additional window for record searching, where we enter the exact value of the field that we are looking for. |

The data will then be filtered only by the incident(s) we are looking for, and the funnel icon symbolizes that we are viewing the filtered data. |
2.2. Date filters
The filter can be entered in the form of date limits:

For example, that is how we get an input window for entering the start and end date.
Dates are entered with a dash as a punctuation mark, as shown in our example!

Where possible, filter criteria is selected from a list of allowed values for individual fields (our example: incident status).
The data about the number of incidents that match the individual criteria is written in brackets.
We select the desired statuses by checking them and clicking the continue icon .
WARNING
You can set as many filters as you like, and the filters are combined (for our example: filter by date periods AND status)!
WARNING
Filtering can be cancelled by simply clicking the (filter) icon .
