Fixed assets inventories
Fixed assets inventories in the Fixed Assets Inventory Granule show overview of all past inventory documents.

In the header, you can filter the Fixed assets inventories using the following search fields:

Search

You can enter any search string you want to search the list of inventorys.

Document type
|
From the drop-down list, you can select invetory documetns.

Select Custom period or preselected types:
- Last 10
- Last month
- Last quarter
|
| From |
Enter the start date of the inventory. |
| To |
Enter the end date of the inventory. |
It is a table with data about the Fixed assets inventories, which can be interpreted in the below described fields:

In preview, you can see the document in the PDF format.

Inventory no.
|
The consecutive number of the inventory document. Clicking on the number opens the document.

Type
|
Inventory Type.

Status
|
Current document status (confirmed/unconfirmed).
