Fixed Assets - Items of Inventory Count

Invent. No Fixed asset's inventory number (from the fixed assets register).
Name Name of fixed asset (from the fixed assets register)
Location Fixed asset's location(from the Movement tab in fixed assets)
Type It is a type of data or rather record found in the inventory check:
  • M - Missing - this status is assigned after using Fill function (see Taskbar)
  • N - New - this status is assigned after using Import function (see Taskbar)
  • P - Moved - this status is assigned after using Import function (see Taskbar)
  • O - Unchanged - this status is assigned after using Import or Fill functions (see Taskbar)
  • D - Destroyed - this status is assigned when fixed asset is not for use any more,
  • Z - Obsolete -  this status is assigned when fixed asset,
  • L - For disposal - this status is assigned when fixed asset is for disposal, sale,
  • X - Unspecified - this status is assigned when fixed asset is entered manually to the inventory check because in this case it is not yet known what is the status of fixed asset. After using Fill function you compare this record with the register and establish whether it has one of the following statuses N - new, P - moved or O - unchanged.

 
Reg. Mark Fixed Assets that we want to transfer them to register of fixed assets.
