In the Notes panel you may enter and edit notes.

 

Item The consecutive number of the note. It is created automatically.
Clerk The Id of the clerk who created the record. The data are entered by the program automaticallyo and it cannot be modified.
Posted The date and time of the note was created. The data are entered by the program automatically and cannot be modified.
Note You can enter the text of the note which is maximum 4096 characters long. The note that has been already entered can be modified (edited) by first pressing the key 005067.gif.
