Data about the cost center that can be found in this panel is entered manually. Entry of this data is not mandatory - the described fields can be left empty.

From Here you can enter the starting date of the use of the cost center.
To Here you can enter the expected end date of use of the cost center.
Department It displays the department in charge of the cost center.
Person Responsible Select the user of the program in charge of the cost center. By default the program offers the user logged-in to the program.
Client's Person Responsible Select the contact person at the customer's side, who is in charge of business, from the Contacts register (if it has been entered in the basic data of the register - see Cost Centers)
Document Note The field for entering of eventual notes about the cost center where you can enter a maximum of 65,000 characters.

 

Lower part of the panel is designed for Custom Fields.

Enter data you already specified in the Administration Panel | Settings | Program Parameters | Goods | Cost Centers - Custom Fields in the panel for entering custom fields. You can specify up to 10 text fields, 10 numerical fields and 5 date fields.

Data entered here can be used in user reports.

We can set required fields that represent a mandatory entry when adding a new cost center in cost center register. This can be done in Administration panel / Settings / Program parameters / Financial / General.
