Timer – Header in My Records

The Header contains a timer or stopwatch and buttons for the selection of the work obligation.

IMPORTANT
- The timer can be activated only by the logged user, who is entered into Employees, and is among the Users with the proper authorisations.
- The buttons and their sequence on the band can by changed at will in Settings, in the Work records tab.
- The display of buttons on the user level is set in the Work records settings.

The header contains the following fields:
(Timer/stopwatch)

The timer displays the duration of the currently selected Work obligation (in progress).

(Status icon)
|
The status icon graphically displays the currently selected work obligation (in progress).

(Work from home)
|
You enable this toggle button if you want only the buttons for Work from home to be displayed. The buttons for Work from home can be selected in Settings | Work records Work obligations | , the From home check box.

Work obligations
(e.g. Regular work, Lunch break, Private exit, etc.)

By clicking any of the buttons, the time for the selected work obligation starts running from 00:00:00. Time and the current obligation stops automatically when you start another obligation, or click the Departure button.
The work obligations buttons can be modified in Settings | Work records | Work obligations. The only fixed button is Departure.

Departure
|
Stops the timer and enters the time into the records.

IMPORTANT
The Timer remains active even when you move to another form within the PANTHEON Chronos Mini application; when you move the application into another tab of the browser; and even when you close the browser. The clock is active until you click the Departure button.
