Granules








Panel Granules is intended for assigning and reviewing assigned Granules to users. It also allows for checking the Status of Granules and Order of additional Granules.

The form is made up of certain elements, which are described below.
In this section, you can filter User Granule Table and use some additional features.
Group
|
From a drop-down list, select one of the previously created user groups.

User activity
|
Users can be classified according to their activity status. To sort the users accordingly, select one of the following radio buttons:
- Active – In the user table, only the users who have the status Active selected in the Subject status field of Contact Persons in the General panel of the Subjects register are displayed.
- Inactive – In the user table, only the users who have the status Inactive selected in the Subject status field of Contact Persons in the General panel of the Subjects register are displayed.
- All – In the user table, all users who have any status selected in the Subject status field of Contact Persons in the General panel of the Subjects register are displayed.

Granule type |
The filter allows you to select Granules to display in the table. You can select more Granules for display by using the button . |

The button opens a form on the usersite for ordering additional Granules. |

Update the data in the Granules table. |

The button for editing the settings of the Granules, such as name, title, etc. |
This section shows the assigned user Granules and their Status.
User
|
User ID, which is similar to a username and can include any number of characters and can be up to 30 digits long.

Name
|
First name of the user.
|
Last name
|
Last name of the user.
|
Number
|
User code (ID). All users are created in the Administrator Console | Users and Groups panel.
|
Subject
|
User's subject from the Subjects register.
|
Dept. (Department)
|
Department for which or where the user works.
|
Active
|
If checked, this checkbox indicates that the user is active.
|
DB role
|
User's role in the database (owner or reader/writer/executer rights). Database role is defined on the Settings tab.

Granules
|
Shows all granules assigned to the user. Check ordered granules.
|
Status |
Status of the assigned Granules:
- Correctly assigned Granule.
- Incorrectly assigned Granule. Button opens report - Different Permissions by Granules.
- Incorrectly assigned Granules. Button opens user Permissions.
