Each document type, field Group can be specified in order to group selected document types in the menu.

 

Document type 300 and 310 have set a group of "Direct sales" and they are grouped in a menu. Grouping works only within one group of document types, eg.: Sale orders, Purchase orders, Goods-issue, Goods-receiving. After setting the group, restart of the program is required.
