In the header of the document for Consolidation, the document number is created, we set period for consolidated statement etc.

The Header appears on the document type created for Consolidated Financials statements.

Number

Here you can observe a unique consecutive document ID consisting of a two-digit year code, document type ID and a consecutive number.

Period

The period for which you collect data.

Period - Date 2

Other set of dates from the current period that is being used in items of financial reports that have Date 2 checkbox selected (checked) for use of the second set of dates (see Financial reports items). For an example of usage see Usage of any other date in financial reports.

Exclude reversal postings for demergers

By checking this, reversal posts for demergers can be excluded from the consolidated financial statement.

Finished

Mark the document as finished in order to prevent changes from occurring to the created report
