Help Contents / Help


The Help Contents / Help feature is used to access the PANTHEON technical instructions on the UserSite from PANTHEON.

HINT

For more information, see the use case.

Help is accessible by selecting the ? button on PANTHEON forms or via the menu Help | Help Contents.

AION

If you are unable to navigate the instructions or have specific questions, you can direct them to AION, our virtual UserSite helper.

Clicking the button opens the PANTHEON instructions website in a new browser window. The website enables access to all PANTHEON instructions.

 

IMPORTANT

When selecting the Help option directly from a PANTHEON form, technical instructions relating to this specific form/field are opened.

1. Login Data and Search Engine

The user logged into PANTHEON is automatically also logged in on the newly open UserSite website. The UserSite localization is the same as PANTHEON's.

Aside from the user's login data, a universal UserSite search engine can also be found here.

2. Table of Contents

The Table of Contents or tree structure of user and technical instructions, ordered according to different types of PANTHEON (PANTHEON, PANTHEON Web, PANTHEON Vet etc.)

3. Help Contents

The website contains selected help contents for the instructions selected in the Table of Contents.

In the lower right corner, the AI helper AION is located.
