Performance (Analytical panel)

Users want to find out if the performance of PANTHEON has slowed. We want to know if it was affected by the internet connection, server issues or issues connected to the database.

With this type of diagnostics, the analytical panel for reviewing database performances can help us.

The 'Analytical panel' has been put on the Administration panel form and on the Performance panel.

For this purpose, we have prepared a User Manual with the following use cases:

Success Rate	The panel enables us to carry out performance analyses, which show poorly-used indexes from SQL server run (Indexes Analysis) and information about the level of drive delay from running the server (Input/Output Analysis). In this chapter, we have prepared use cases on how to carryout the aforementioned analyses.

Ping/Trace	The first step when suspecting a slower run of the database is to check the server connection speed. It does not matter if the server is in your building or in the Cloud, the Ping and Trace parameter information gives you general information when diagnosing the issue. In this chapter, we have prepared use cases where we show how to do the analysis step-by-step.
