Import Cadastral parcels from excel structure
This functionality in database allow, to import register of cadastral parcels in to the program. If we gets data from agency in excel file, than we can import this data in database. By this import the program will not create documents for periodical payment. Imports only data about parcel.
In Agricultural holding we go on Cadastral parcel and we click on button Import/export
. We choose Import Parcels from Excel

The program opens IRIS - Import parcels from Excel file

Import new parcels |
Import parcel that do not yet exist in the register. That mean that we import parcel from excel that we have prepare |
Export parcels |
Export parcel s from database to excel |
Export structured Excel file for parcels |
Export a properly structured Excel file for Parcels so that it can be imported back |

EXAMPLE:
1. step: Import cadastral parcel in empty database
If we want to import our cadastral parcels in to the database, we have first to export structured Excel file for parcels. On IRIS message we click on button Export structured Excel file for parcels and program will caret the empty excel only with name of the column.

In case that program create this excel table in second, third,...sheet, we have to delete all empty sheets

2. step: Fill the excel file
After the program create the empty excel file we enter data about our cadastral parcels.

Parcels is active |
If parcel si active than we enter T -true
If parcel is not active than we enter F- false

Status |
that means, that parcel is:
C - Common use
L - Leased
O - Owned
R - Rented
S - Sold
|
3. Step import cadastral parcel in database
When we fill data in excel than we go back in to the database and click on button Import new parcels

When we click on this button the program open windows, where we have saved excel file

With click on button Open, the program will copy cadastral parcels in to the database. If every things go well , we see on menu Cadatsral parcel in left corner of the mask, where it shows how much percentage of data is copied in database.

If we have in excel country that we don't have in database, the import will not work. In that case we have first to enter the name of the country in to the database
