Import stock from Excel file

Import stock from Excel file

Initial or the opening balance of stock can also be downloaded from the previously prepared Excel file. Content option is intended for users especially at the beginning of the program and also for any other options. 

Before the import, you must first fulfill the header content of the document acquisition or internal acquisition define a warehouse, and then save the document.

In document we have to choose also the warehouse  where we will put the stock 

To import the initial state of stocks we need to prepare an adequate structure of Excel files, as stated in the notice or below. For a complete substantive adequacy must be met for at least the first three columns of content.

Column A = item - item (item code)

Column B = Quantity

Column C = purchase price per unit of measure

Column D = Note (data not required) 

Column E = Sales price per unit

All Items that  we want to import must be defined in the database !

Then we click on button Import/export  and choose . We get Information   and we click YES.

When we click on button YES we get IRIS message

In this message we click IMPORT

When all Items ( stock ) is imported we get message 

And we can see all stock from excel is  in database.
