You can lookup any subject according to the following three criteria:

• by name
• by subject's tax number
• by subject's registration number

Before recording data to database, you can see list of companies which match the search string.

Double-clicking the selected company opens a form where you can view general information on company.

To enter a company in the Subjects register click .

If there already exists a subject with the same ID in the database, you will receive the following warning;

Although subject with the same ID already exists, you can enter the company using a different ID.

Before entering new ID to database, you can check if the ID already exists by clicking .

The wizard allows you to enter the following data in the Subjects register:

• short company name
• full company name
• company address
• company tax number
• company registration number
