Insert and Renumber Lines

If you in the taskbar of the Trip documents click the Wizards button, you will be able to access a menu with additional functions. Two of them are: Insert Line and Renumber Lines.

Insert Line

You can insert lines directly from the trip document with the right-click function or with the + key combination. The program will insert the line before the currently selected line.

Before inserting, the program will ask for confirmation:

If you click the OK button , the program will renumber all lines below the inserted line:

Enter new lines by the usual procedure.

Take care that you adjust differences of departures and arrivals that may appear due inserting lines!

Renumber Lines

With the Renumber Lines function of the Wizards menu you can change numbers of document lines:

In the header of the form the program will display the number of the document of which lines you would like to renumber. In the left table of the form are lines in the same order as they are on the selected document. In the right table of the form, the program will display information on new order of lines.

To renumber lines you can use functional button that are available in the section between the two tables. With these buttons you can activate following operations:

	If you click this button, the program will move the selected line from the left to the right table and will assign the line the next available number. If you double-click the selected line in the left table, the program will move the line to the right table as well.
	If you click this button, the program will move all lines from the left to the right table and will assign them numbers in the consecutive order.
	If you select this button, the program will move the currently selected line from the right table to the left table. The line will keep the number from the document. If you double-click the selected line in the right table, the program will move the line to the left table as well.
	If you click this button, the program will move all lines from the right table to the left table. The lines will keep the numbers from the document. This way, you can see line numbers from the original document.
	Once, you have numbered lines, click the OK button. The program will on the document display new line number, as they have been selected in the right table. Before confirming, you have to renumber all lines or the program will display an error:

Lines in the table will be in the following order (1, 2, 3...)

Take care that you adjust differences of departures and arrivals that may appear due renumbering lines! Before completing, the program will display a warning: Check the values in »Departure« and »Arrival«.
