Entry in the Records Report - Import

The header of the report contains information about the general customs administration permit, the entry in the records (consecutive number, date, and time of posting), the exporting/dispatching country, the total weight of the goods, and information from field 44.

All other information is taken directly from the Incomplete SADs that you've linked with the entry in the records.
