Item Reports
Item Reports
Click the report 
button in the Items register taskbar to create reports for items, price lists and labels.
Narrow down selection by entering criteria. If you leave the fields empty, all records will be included in the report. You can specify various criteria. They will be described in detail in follow-up.
Criteria for: Primary Category, Secondary Category and Subject Type also have multi select option possible. Also empty selection is possible:

Example: generating Price List report for all Items that don't have Primary Category or/and Secondary Category.

On the right-hand side select a report type offering you specific criteria:
In addition you can set custom fields to further narrow down selection (for more information see Custom Fields).

Report

- Left-click the report icon to open a report type menu. It can also be accessed in the report form (see report list) and select a report.
- You can also open report window by double-clicking a report.
- Or, select a report and click the report button.

Item

Enter or select item ID (you can also use wildcard characters to set group of items). |
Prim. Category
|
Set primary category for item.

Sec. Cat.
|
Set secondary category for item.

Enter or select name of item. |
Supplier
|
Enter or select a primary supplier of item.

External ID
|
Enter item's external ID.
|
Currency
|
Set a code of currency for items in price lists. All prices will be converted in the set currency.

 Date
|
Set valid date for exchange rate list used in conversion. The exchange rate of the bank is used for price list .

No. of Levels |
Set number of spec levels to be displayed. Setting 0 will include all levels.

Check it, to include note to item.

Check item type to include in the report.

|
Select status of items which will be included in the report:

When creating a report, you can set subject and ID. |
