Export of the file
For the needs of the Triglav Insurance Company, we have also prepared the option to export a TXT file with data on the insurance claim in the PANTHEON VET Wizard.

In this chapter, we will describe a practical example of exporting a TXT file of an insurance claim.

DESCRIPTION OF THE EXAMPLE
The responsible person in the veterinary clinic wants to export a TXT file of the insurance claim for the Triglav Insurance Company using the wizard. Before that, they set the necessary settings. They do this in the following steps:

1. Settings
The responsible person starts by editing the necessary settings for exporting the TXT file.
In The Administrator Console they select the insurance subject. See the instructions in the chapter Insurance.
After selecting the subject in The Administrator Console they start entering the case.
On the tab Insurance, when selecting the Triglav Insurance Company, an additional input field appears Service Entry.
They select the appropriate service from the list.

WARNING
Selecting a service in the field Type of service is mandatory. Otherwise, the program will report an error.

The last of the necessary settings is located in the Settings for veterinarians.
Veterinarians need to fill in the column License number.

With this, all necessary settings for exporting the insurance claim of the Triglav Insurance Company to a TXT file are arranged.
2. Export TXT file
The responsible person uses the wizard on the selected case.

In the case toolbar, they select the button 
(Wizards) and Insurance claim.
A blank window opens Creating document.
In the field Insurance company they select the appropriate insurance company from the dropdown list: TRIGLAV INSURANCE COMPANY, d.d..
Open claims are displayed.
Among the positions, they select the case for which they want to create an insurance claim using the toggle switch.
They check the toggle switch before the button Export file.
They select the button Export file.
A window opens Export Creating document.
In the File field, they select the location for exporting the file.
They select the button Export.
They confirm successful export with the button Confirm.
