Holders of appropriate permissions for simplified customs procedures,
issued by the Customs Administration of Slovenia, use SADs for entries
in the records to link received/issued invoices via simplified SAD and
thus fulfill the record-keeping requirements for imports/exports using
simplified procedures, and for subsequent filing of supplementary SADs
for imports.
If do document types for entries in the records are defined, the related menu
items are not visible (see Goods -
SAD).
1) Export Based on Entries in the Records
Used to record data for determining the tax and customs duty bases for
each invoice in the entry in the records. Used for linking export invoices
and incomplete export SADs (see

for examples).

Used to link incomplete export SADs (from the previous section) with various
sales terms (currency, delivery, etc.) to a common entry in the records (see

2) Import Based on Entries in the Records
Used to record data for determining the tax and customs duty bases for
each invoice in the entry in the records. Used for linking import
invoices and incomplete import SADs (see
Entry in the Records - Incomplete SAD - Import).
