Skill/Ability Enter or select an appropriate skill/ability from Skills and Abilities. Double-click the field to open the Skills and Abilities register.
Skill/Ability Name The name of skill/ability is copied from Skills and Abilities. It is a read-only data. You cannot change or enter it.
Date From Set a valid date of skill/ability. The following message is returned if you leave the field empty:
Date To Set a valid end date of skill/ability.
Suitability Enter or select suitability from Position Suitability. Double-click the field to open the Position Suitability register.
Importance Enter a degree of importance from Position Importance. Double-click the field to open the Position Importance register.
