Ending a Remote Support Session

When the problem is resolved by the support specialist, remote support is terminated.

WARNING
- After the session is over, no viruses or active programs that could compromise the security of your computer remain.
- Only the Remote Support applet (ISLBoot.exe, approx. 100Kb) can remain on the disk, so that it does not need to be downloaded again at the next session.
- The program is not active and does not respond to any requests from the internet.

To end the support session, we click the End button or

Then, we confirm that we really want to finish working with the program.
2. Evaluating remote support
After the session is finished, we have the opportunity to evaluate the level of support.
