Ending a Remote Support Session

When the problem is resolved by the support specialist, remote support is terminated.

WARNING
  • After the session is over, no viruses or active programs that could compromise the security of your computer remain.
  • Only the Remote Support applet (ISLBoot.exe, approx. 100Kb) can remain on the disk, so that it does not need to be downloaded again at the next session.
  • The program is not active and does not respond to any requests from the internet.

To end the support session, we click the End button or .

Then, we confirm that we really want to finish working with the program.

2. Evaluating remote support

After the session is finished, we have the opportunity to evaluate the level of support.
