Account card

The Account card report enables printing out the turnover of each separate account or From–to range of accounts.

WARNING

You can only view the account card data if all documents affecting the balance are posted in PANTHEON.

In the right corner of the command line, you can find the Print button. It offers saving and printing out predefined reports, depending on your settings in Report types in PANTHEON.

HINT

You can find detailed descriptions in the chapter Types of account card printouts.

To get additional information about overviews and reports, read the instructions for Account card in PANTHEON.

To prepare the report, select the criteria in the header to define which data you want in your report. You can use the Tab key to move between the fields.

Search

Search by all data in the columns.

Date from

Starting date, from which you want to show the overview. By default, the current date, but can be changed.

Date to

Ending date, until which you want to show the overview.

Account

Subject

If you are preparing a report on the account level (without subject filter), the turnover also shows the closing and opening journal entries.

The list enables sorting and filtering entries by condition in the following columns:

Key

Unique document number of the journal entry based on which the payable was created.

Date

Date of posting.

Account

Account code onto which the payable was posted.

Subject

Shows all subjects if the search criteria do not require otherwise. Clicking on a subject opens the Subjects register.

Document

Date

Date of creating the document.

Linked document

Unique document number of the linked issuing or receiving document.

Debit

Amount in debit (chargeable).

Credit

Amount in credit (received).

Currency

Primary currency for posting documents.

In the footer, you can see the total Debit and Credit values and the total balance of all entries.
