Location

This form is used to restrict employee locations by specifying detailed location assignments and their validity periods.

 

Restrict empl. location When enabled, activates location restrictions for the employee.
Create new location.
Edit location. Shows when changes are made.
    Duplicate selected location. Shows when changes are made.
Delete selected location. Shows when changes are made.
Status Checkbox to activate or deactivate the specific location restriction entry.
ID Unique identifier of the location record.
Name Name of the location or business unit.
Address Physical address of the location.
Date from Start date when the location restriction becomes effective.
Date to End date when the location restriction expires.
Work from home Checkbox indicating if remote work (work from home) is allowed for this location.
Note Optional field for additional comments or remarks related to the location restriction.
