Selection Table – Sending E-mails

By clicking the icon in the For, Cc. and Bcc. fields on the E-mail form, a selection table opens, where we can select the Subject, the person responsible and the desired email address from the list.

 

Subject We select a subject (for example: a company or a partner from the Subjects register). The program offers subjects that have email addresses entered in the Subjects register. We can select multiple recipients that do not belong to the same subject. In this case, the "To" field will be filled with a list of email addresses, separated by semicolons.
Contact We select the contact person that is entered for a specific subject, and has been selected in the previous field.
E-mail We select the desired email address from the Subjects register.
Add Clicking the Add button adds the selected email address into the window for sending documents.
Close Clicking the (Close) button closes the selection table.

WARNING

If a subject does not have a single email address entered in the Subjects register, they will NOT appear in the left drop-down menu!
