Changing the Language of Communication

The default remote support language is set on the User Web Server in My Data | Personal Data.
You can also change the language in which messages and screen forms of Remote support are displayed while you are working.

CASE SUMMARY
The person responsible wants to set the remote support language to Slovene. The person responsible does this by following these steps:
- User web server
- My data
- Language setting

1. User web server
The person responsible opens the PANTHEON User Web Server.

2. My data
The person responsible selects the My data - Personal data tab.

3. Language setting

In the Select language field, the person responsible selects the desired language, in this case SI.
