MF Work orders list

The form Work orders is used to view the created work orders (WOs) from the module Manufacturing MF (manufacturing scheduling). The display of WOs can be customized by selecting the filters in the form header.

The details of WOs are displayed on WO cards, where you can find general information about the WO. The details include the name and image of the item (product), the WO number and the date of creation, the status of WO completion displayed graphically and with percentages as well as the number of pieces received and planned.

You can click the WO card to open the individual WO and view its details on the form Work order – MF.

The form opens when logging into PANTHEON Web Terminal.

Below is a description of the form's features:

1. Header

The header of the form Work orders contains the form title and search bar.

Search Enter the name of the product or WO number to search for the WOs.

2. WO cards

This section of the form contains all the WO cards that match the input in the header's Search bar or filters selected in Search form

3. Individual WO card

Each WO card (shown in the image at the beginning of this chapter under number 3 and detailed in the image below) contains general information about the WO.

 (Preview) By clicking this icon, a window with item's bar code appears.
 (Work order -General data) Clicking the magnifier button displays the Work Order General data to show additonal information about Work Order.
(Item image) The image of the item from the Items register.
Item The ID and name of the item from the Items register.
WO number Number of the WO that is made up of the year of creation of the WO, the WO document type and the consecutive number of the WO.
(Work indicator)

Visible if time is being recorded or an operation is in progress for the WO.

If you click on the indicator, information is shown of the operation for which the work is currently being completed. For more information, see the subsection 3.1. Work done below.
Date of WO creation The date of creation of the WO.
Progress bar The graphic display of the WO progress.
Status (progress in %)

Status of the WO as described in section 4. Search of this chapter.

The progress of work done or quantities received to the WO in percentage.

Received/planned pieces The reported and planned quantity of pieces produced. Displayed in the following format: 2/5, which means that two of five planned pieces have been produced.

 

3.1. Work done

Appears if you click the work indicator, and displays information on the operation for which the work is currently being completed.

Operation started

The date and time at which time recording for the operation has started.

Resource

The ID of the resource for which the operation is taking place.

Operations

The ID and name of the operation from the Items register.

Employee

The employee who is performing the work for the operation.

4. Search 

 By cliking this button a form for filtering WOs is opened. Form contains following filters and buttons.

HINT

Selected filters are saved until cleared.

 

 

Document Type

This field can be filtered by document type of the WO. From the list, you can select from the predefined document types in the Document types register – Work Orders for Manufacturing with Scheduling – MF

WO status

From the drop-down list, select the WO status by which you want to filter the displayed WOs

There are seven different statuses:

  • Planned – The status of a WO created from a schedule.
  • Open – This status indicates that the WO has been created from the plan or using the quick release of WOs.
  • Allocated – This status indicates that hard allocations for the material requirements of this WO have been made.
  • Released – This status indicates that the allocations for material requirements and for resource capacities have been made for the WO to carry out the manufacturing work operations.
  • In progress – This status indicates that transactions (issuing) related to material and/or work operations have already been recorded for the WO.
  • Partially finished This status indicates that the WO has already recorded the receiving of products to the warehouse, but the required quantity has not yet been reached.
  • Finished – This status is assigned to all WOs for which all the required quantities (material, work operations, products) have been released and received, and the WO has been closed.

Resource Select the resource from the Resources register by which you want to filter the displayed WOs.
Date from Enter the start date of the desired period by which you want to filter the WOs. This way, you can quickly find WOs that have been created after a certain date.
Dateto Enter the end date of the desired period by which you want to filter the WOs. This way, you can quickly find WOs that have been created up to a certain date.
Data from daily plan

If the toggle button is enabled, only those WOs are displayed that are assigned to the logged-in user depending on the level of authorization.

This way, the worker only sees the WOs assigned to the worker that are scheduled for manufacturing on the current date according to the daily plan.

At the same time, the worker's superior can see the WOs that are assigned to the superior and to all superior's subordinates according to the daily plan.
Active work orders If the toggle button is enabled, only active work orders are displayes. Active work orders are those that currently have work reported on them.
Clicking this button, closes the form with WO details and returns to the form MF Work orders.
(Clear all filters) Clicking this button clears all filters.
Confirmation By clicking this button, selected filters are confirmed and WOs are displayed in the WO cards section accordingly.
