Treatment
In the Treatment tab of the Document Type Codebook, there are general settings for Treatment documents.
In this chapter, we will present an example of settings in the Treatment tab.

EXAMPLE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person in the veterinary clinic wants to set up the settings related to the treatment for the document type CLI3 - Clinic. This is done in the following steps:

1. Selecting the Document Type Codebook for the Treatment document
The responsible person wants to open the Document Type Codebook for Treatment documents - CLI3 - Clinic.
In the menu, select Settings | Program | Document Types
In the Document Type Codebook select the documents Treatment.
By clicking on
(three dots) in the Toolbar a search tool opens.
From the list, in our example, select: CLI3 - Clinic.
Click the button Confirm.

2. Treatment Settings
The responsible person wants to edit the settings in the Treatment tab.
In the field Warehouse select from the dropdown: Clinic warehouse. This is the default warehouse from which we will take stock of materials for the selected type of treatment document.

By selecting switches, choose the appropriate settings for the document.

In the field Invoice select from the dropdown the document type that will be used for creating invoices at the end of the animal treatment: 3201 POS Surgery.

In the field Delivery select from the dropdown the document type that will be used for creating delivery notes at the end of the animal treatment: 3504 Delivery note clinic.

In the field Transfer select from the dropdown the document type that will be used for inter-warehouse transfers: 2004 Transfer Wholesale - clinic.

In the field Cost bearer select from the dropdown the default Cost bearer for the Treatment document: Vet Clinic.

Save changes by clicking the button
(Save changes) in the toolbar.
