New Appointment
Appointment
Here we will see how a new appointment is created.
This module is divided on:
- Taskbar
- Head
- Functions
- Animals

In this window, you can enter data for a new appointment. When we enter the animal owner the rest data about the owner will be filed automatically. The receptionist enters appointment values for the next fields:

| Owner |
Here you define the ID of the animal owner. After selecting this field, all other fields of the subject are filed. You can find owners by Subject, Name, Surname, Farm ID or Vat Code. If you want to change the owner when an animal has been entered, the program will display an error (see Subject can't be changed, because animals have been inserted treatment document!). |
| Veterinarian |
Shows Veterinarian that will manage appointment. Program fills Veterinarian on which you clicked in Calendar and selected option New Appointment, but you can change it. |
| Dept. |
Enter or select the department. If the department is defined for the veterinarian in Veterinarian Register, it is automatically assigned on treatment document creation. |
| Template |
You can choose procedures that you enter in Tamplete which can be open with double click in this field. After selecting procedures next fields can be filled: Scheduled Time and Note. |
| Start |
Program fills date and time on which you clicked in Calendar, but you can change it. |
| Scheduled Time |
Program fills default value 15.min, but it can be change wit selection of procedure or by you. |
| End |
It is calculated value of start time + scheduled Time |
| Note |
It can be filled with value from Template, that you can supplement it. |
| SMS text |
When we create new appointment, this field is filled automatically if we have set default test in administration panel.
We can also change this text with text that is specifically intended for selected animal and owner. In this case we add this text manually.
We can also make templates for sending SMS text.
Double click in this field  opens mask for creating E-mail and SMS templates.
When we made template we can choose them from dropdown and click button

| Time sent |
When SMS is sent the time is written in this field. Condition that SMS will be sent is telephone number by owner and checked tick.

Opens window of Owners and Animals registry and create empty record. |
| History |
Opens widow for Animal History overview. |
| Scanner |
Opens window for animal ID insert. when you insert id and press enter, animal owner and animal is filed in treatment document. if animal does not belong to the owner inserted in treatment document, the program will display an error (see Subject can't be changed , because animals have been inserted treatment document!)

This button "Search" is active only when we open new appointment. After we choose an Owner button will become be inactive. We can open window search also with function CTRL+F

| Animal ID |
Enter or select Animal ID. Selection is filtered and is showing just animals from Owner that you enter. Searching for ID is not limited to beginning of ID but it is searching through whole word. After selecting Animal ID Fields Description, Animal type, Animal category and Breed are fulfilled. On double click Owners and Animals registry is opened. |

Displays the Breed of the Animal. |

Enter the data about the temperature. |

Enter the data about the pulse. |

Enter the data about breathing. |

Enter the data about the weight. |
