Notes
For the document type Treatment, we can add default notes that will be printed on every newly created Treatment document. This can save us time from repetitive writing and convey the message of the note to the client or ourselves.
In this chapter, we will present an example of setting a note for the document type Treatment.

CASE DESCRIPTION
The responsible person in the veterinary clinic wants to set a default note for clients on the document type CLI3 - Clinic. They do this in the following steps:
- Selecting the Document Type Code
- Setting the note on the Treatment document

1. Selecting the Document Type Code for the Treatment document
The responsible person wants to open the Document Type Code for Treatment documents - CLI3 - Clinic.
In the menu, they select Settings | Program | Document Types
In The Document Type Code they select the documents Treatments.
By clicking on
(three dots) in The Toolbar a search window opens.
From the list, in our example, they select: CLI3 - Clinic.
They click the button Confirm.

2. Setting the note on the Treatment document
The responsible person wants to set a default note.
They select the tab Notes.
In the field Notes they enter the note: According to the contract.
With the button
in the toolbar, they save the change.

In the field Text Code for Document Types we can choose from pre-set notes saved in The Text Code.
