Fixed assets

 

The module Fixed assets is used to record and report the company's fixed assets and small tools. It allows the display of assets with their assigned inventory numbers and the documents and events related to them, depreciation and liquidation.

Process of managing fixed assets

Using the example of the fictional company Tecta, this chapter describes how fixed assets are managed from purchase to inventory count.

Acquiring a fixed asset

 This chapter describes the process of acquiring a fixed asset by the fictional company Tecta. The example shows all steps from creating the acquisition document to entering the fixed asset into the fixed assets register.

Depreciation calculation

When fixed assets are used and consumed, the process of incurring a cost is referred to as depreciation. This chapter shows how depreciation of a fixed asset is calculated in

PANTHEON.

Fixed assets inventory count

 An inventory is a periodic count of the fixed assets of a company. This chapter shows how an inventory count of fixed assets used by the fictional company Tecta in its business operations is carried out.
