Overview of Summary Cost Estimation

Overcview of Summary Cost Estimation

Summary cost estimation is displayed after clicking Refresh Data in the Criteria panel.

 

Below are listed panels where you can view data:

 

Above you will find Into Fixed Prices button. Click it to open the window for transferring summary cost estimation including the specified valid date. To transfer cost estimation to the Items register click Into Items Register.

 

 

The detials of listed products are listed directly below the list.

Specifying Product in Lines:

Item Displays a product ID.
Description Displays name of item.
U/M Displays a unit of measurement used with product.
Value Displays a total amount of work and material. It represents the final price of product in costing according to the set calculating criteria.
Value of Work Displays total amount of work required in assembling the product.
Value of Material Displays total amount of purchased material which was used in assembling the product.
Volume of Work Displays total production time requried for this item across specification. It's an total amount of production time of all operations required for in production of item.
Tpr/Volume Displays production time per volume.

 

Tpr/Qty Displays production time per quantity.

 

Tsu/Optimum Here is displayed the amount of set-up time calculated in regard to the optimum quantity (set in criteria). Optimum quantity can be set in the header of product specification, more precisely, in the General panel.

 

Clicking  generates a summary report of cost estimation.

 

History

See history of prices for each listed item in the bottom pop-up panel History. Besides prices criteria used in cost estimation appear here.

 

Click    in the bottom section for the pop-up panel History.

 

Group Transfer to History

To perform group transfer just check items on list and click To History.

 

 

Specifying Lines in History

Item ID Displays ID of an item used in cost estimation.

 

Name Displays name of item.

 

U/M Displays primary unit of measurement.

 

Date Displays the date on which prices were transferred here.

 

Line Displays a consecutive number of line.

 

Type Displays one of the following cost estimation type:
  • D - detailed
  • S - summary
Product Qty Displays quantity of a product in cost estimation.

 

Value Displays total amount of purchased material which was used in assembling the product.

 

Value of Material Displays total amount of work required in assembling the product.

 

Volume of Work Displays total production time requried for this item across specification. It's an total amount of production time of all operations required for in production of item.

Parameters Displays parameters set when you saved prices in cost estimation. Clicking this field opens a window containing stored criteria setting.

 

 

Parameters Used in Transferring to History

Create an overview of price in cost estimation using pricing parameters which were stored. Clicking Parameters in individual line opens a window containing cost estimation settings.
