Overview

       

On the Overview tab, data is displayed indicating where in workflow the task to be performed is located and what other users assigned to the task have written about their execution of the task.

The tab is located in the Tab view mode on the To-do form, provided that the task is part of a workflow. 

The form is made up of certain building elements, which are described below.

1. Workflow preview

On the left side, there is a graphical representation of the workflow and the current location (colored green) in the execution process.  You can zoom in   or zoom out  workflow preview by clicking on the corresponding buttons.

When you hover over a workflow block, a balloon appears with information about the user who will perform the workflow.

2. Chat Log

On the right side, there is a Chat log table, where you can read what other users assigned to the task have written about their execution of the task.
