Special Characters on Matrix Printers

When printing payment slips, invoices, and POS receipts in DOS mode, it may happen that diacritics are not printed correctly. Therefore, the program settings allow the entry of an ASCII code for printing diacritics:

Settings - Goods - POS Printer
Settings - Money - Payment Slips - Default Values
Settings - Money - Invoices
Settings - Staff - Salaries - Payslip Prints
The default ASCII codes for diacritics are " ČŽŠĆĐčžšćđ".

If diacritics are not printed correctly on your printer, replace this string with one that is suitable for your printer.
You can find this string using the printer's technical documentation or by trial and error.

Examples
In the ASCII code line, delete the existing string and replace it with one of the strings suitable for your printer. The correct one for you will be determined by trial and error.
Below are the paths for obtaining the strings.

WIN codepage 1250
Launch Start | Programs | MS DOS. Type edit and press Enter.
Start typing the sequence ČŽŠĆĐčžšćđ.
Then save the file by selecting File | Save as and name it c:\znaki.txt.
Close the text editor by selecting File | Exit.
Then close the DOS window by typing the command exit.
Next, open the text editor – for example, Notepad (Start | Programs | Accessories | Notepad).
Open the file znaki.txt by selecting File | Open and entering c:\znaki.txt in the filename field.
Select the entire text. The easiest way is to place the cursor at the beginning of the text, press the Shift key, and move the cursor to the end of the line (the text will be highlighted in blue).
Then press the Control key and press the C key.
Close Notepad (File | Exit).
Go to PANTHEON and, where you deleted the string, press the Control key and press the V key.
Save the settings and try printing.

DOS codepage 852
In the ASCII code for ČŽŠĆĐčžšćđ, directly enter the following string: ^@[]~`{}|
You will get this string by pressing the Alt Gr key and pressing the keys 3VFGQ17BNW.
Save the settings and try printing.

Without Diacritics
If the first and second strings do not work, enter the characters CZSCDczscd in the field.
In this case, the printer will print the characters without diacritics.
