The settings for planning analytics are accessed from the menu Settings | Program | Document Types. The form opens the register of document types, where we go to the Planning  panel.

Here is a description of the form and its individual elements.

Planning

Define the document type for planning by entering the following:

ID 3-digit alphanumeric ID of the document type.
Name A descriptive name of the document type.
Short name Short name according to your choice of the document type, which is reported in some overviews.
Record Only If checked, you keep the document type and you see it in the main menu, but you have no access to some additional functions.
Group Grouping of document types in the menu.
Classification For assigining classification to individual document type.
