User pages are the official channel for user information (guidance, support, etc.) and a place to share information, knowledge and opinions.

The Support menu is only visible to logged-in PANTHEON users and provides access to official forms of support.

2. Instructions

You can access the PANTHEON instructions from the user page via the Help | Instructions menu for PANTHEON:

Given that PANTHEON is a comprehensive information system, the instructions for use of the information system are correspondingly extensive and are divided into two parts, namely:

- User's Guide, with practical examples of how to use the functionalities provided by PANTHEON, and

- Guide to Datalab PANTHEON, which contains technical instructions for the product.

All Pantheon users can access help via the user pages. When you buy a licence, you also get a username and password for user pages.

2.1. Choosing online guidance

Selecting the online instructions will open the online help window, which is divided into the following sections.

2.2. Searching by instructions

There are several ways to search the instructions available online:

You can search for instructions using the table of contents, which has the same structure as the PANTHEON menu structure:

2.2.2. Search field

You can search for help using the search box.

Click on the button where you can set further search criteria.

You can search for:

  • by searching for a specific string

  • by searching for at least one word

  • by searching for all words

  • by the root of the word

Additionally, you can also search for hits by the root of the word by selecting the toggle

2.3. Editing hits

You can sort the hits you find by date or relevance.
