VARIABLES

You can assign names for variables in Administration Panel l Settings | Program Parameters | Personnel | Payroll l Custom Fields l  Position. If you haven't entered name of variable in Administration Panel, the Variable tree displays untitled for its name.

ENTERING VARIABLES

Enter values of variables that can be found under the Position item in Positions of Employment Custom Fields. To access it, go to Settings l Personnel l Employment l Positions of Employment.

Reference variables from Custom Fields using #Dm + two-digit consecutive field number#.

Having checked Auto-Update Salary Calculation in Administration Panel l Program Parameters l Personnel | Payroll l General the variables of the last entered employment position from Employee Files | Position/Salary are considered in leave calculation. Otherwise the variables of the active employment position will be used (that is, an employment position checked as being active (Active) in Employee Files | Position/Salary).
