Payroll Variables

Payroll Variables

Formulas used in the payroll are mathematical expression, which return the value according to entered variable, constants and operators. You can just enter variables in fields and the program will replace the entered data with appropriate values, recalculate the formula and displays the result.

 

Available variables in the payroll are:

variable - Calculation No. Enables you to refer to variables from previous payrolls. Variables to which you can refer from previous payrolls are followings:

You can record the example of use when referring to the variable Del11 from the payroll with the number 08-P00-000003 as following:

#Del11-08-P00-000003# (variable for Net - copy the number of the previous payroll from the Calculation field).

Fields of the Payroll

 

PRUre Hours entered for the individual earnings type in the payroll preparation.
PRRUre Hours calculated from the actual hours entered for the individual earnings types in the payroll preparation, divided with the hours worked.
PRDni Number of days entered for the individual earnings type in the payroll preparation.
PRZnesek The amount entered for the individual earnings type in the payroll preparation.
PRFaktor Factor entered in the payroll preparation
   
VZXXX-XXXXXXXXXX To refer to the field from the payroll where:
XXX - Earnings Type
XXXXXXXXXX - field as for the the sum-up of the payroll (Hours, Value, Factor...)

ad I) enter the ID of the earnings type from which you will draw the basis for the payroll (i.e. RDČ, DOP,…)
ad II) Enter the label for the information from the selected payroll type that will be used in the calculation. In the formula you can use the abbreviation of the field (defined in bold in the following) or the full name
  • U Hours (= hours of this earnings type)
  • R Standardized Hours (= hours of this earnings type)
  • V…..Value (= gross value of the earnings type)
  • F…..Factor (= factor at this earnings type)
  • N…..Net (= net value of this earnings type)
  • O…..Basis (= basis for the tax of this earnings type)
  • K…..Credit (= Credits, withdrawn from this earnings type)
  • PD….PrispDel (= employee's contributions of this earnings type)
  • PP….PrispPod (= employer's contributions of this earnings type)
  • D....  Days (= days of this earnings type)

     

reference to VZXXX means the same as the reference to VZXXX-Vrednost or VZXXX-V (i.e. to the gross value of the earnings type RDČ you can refer with VZRD or VZRD-Vrednost or VZRDČ-V)

Grade Index from Salary Grades.
Index Index from payroll preparation header payroll preparation header
Daily Allowance Variable to which you refer for the number of daily allowances from Trip documents | Travel panel | Amounts field.

Variables calculated in the payroll to individual employees

 

Inv00 Gross basis calculated in phase A (regular work) of the payroll
Inv01 Total hours from phase A (regular work) of the payroll
Inv10 Gross basis calculated in phase B (bonuses) of the payroll
Inv11 Total hours from phase B (bonuses) of the payroll
Inv20 Gross basis from phase C (disability allowance) of the payroll
Inv21 Total hours from phase C (disability allowance) of the payroll
Inv30 Gross basis calculated in phase D (regular work) of the payroll
Inv31 Total hours from phase D (regular work) of the payroll
OSMND Basis for length of service bonus from payroll (of payroll phases from A to including F) for earnings types that are defined as earnings the length of service bonus is calculated from.
OSSKCL Gross basis for trade union membership fee (of payroll phases from A to including F) for earnings types that have selected the Basis for Trade Union Memb. Fee option.
OSSKNETO Net basis for trade union membership fee (of payroll phases from A to including F) for earnings types that have selected the Basis for Trade Union Memb. Fee option.
UPN Gross Hourly Rate for the calculation of the salary compensation rounded up to two places (Del17 / Del19)
IndN Index or factor for the valuation of the compensation for the time of employee's absence from work.
INDOLAJSAVA Individual relief from the Relief panel for the T-Personal Relief.
INDOLAJSAVAN Individual relief from the Relief panel for the N - Journalist relief type.
INDOLAJSAVAK Individual relief from the Relief panel for the K - Culture relief type.
SPL Sex of the employee ("M" for males, "Ž" for females) can be defined in the Employee files l General l General | Sex field.
STR Age of the employee can be defined in the Employee files l General l General | Birth Information | Date field.

DDIP Length of service for other employers in days
BDIP Length of service increase for other employers in days
DDVP Length of service for this employer in days
KDZD Purchased length of service in days
BKZD Purchased length of service increase in days
ODZD Other length of service in days
BOZD Other length of service increase in days
ZDDS Total length of service in days
BDDS Total length of service increase in days
DDZD Length of service for leave
SVDD Total length of service in days
ZVVP Length of service from last start with this employer in days
BZVP Length of service increase from last start with this employer in days
