Evaluation
With the Evaluation panel a superior can monitor and evaluate employees' effectiveness on a monthly basis.
You can track evaluation on the level of Personal Rating and Periodic Rating.

You can track employee evaluation on the level of an individual employee in Employee files | Position/Salary panel.

1. Personal Rating

Criteria:
Period
|
The program will transfer the period of evaluation.

Rating
|
You can enter the height rating.
|
Evaluator
|
The program will transfer the employee who is responsible for the evaluation.

Description
|
The program will transfer the description of the evaluation.
|
Interval
|
You can enter how often the rating will appeared.
|
2. Periodic Rating

Criteria:
Period from/to
|
The program will transfer the period of evaluation from the wizard.
|
Evaluator
|
You can set the evaluator that will evaluate the employee.
|
Interval

You can set the interval how often
|
Points/percentage
|
You can set the points/ percentage of rating.

Status |
- In progress - staus is added as soon as the evaluation is completed using Wizard Copy Evaluation
- Evaluated - when evaluation is completed and ready for the payroll calculation, the status should be Evaluated otherwise you will be notified with IRIS messadge in payroll calculation that the Evaluation may not be completed

Pay slip |
Program transferees the number of the pay slip where we have done the calculation for evalutaion.
If you want to delete Evaluation for period that was already calculated in payroll preparation, programe will stop you with error:

Warning
Despite being able to see the Pay slip number, the authorization to access the Payroll can be set to zero. By setting authorizations to zero, the employee no longer has access to the employee's salary data, but can still perform evaluations.
