Send mail

With the Send mail block, you can integrate a workflow for sending emails to Documents. If needed, you can also send files from a selected DMS document.

The block can be accessed from the menu Settings | Documentation | Workflow Design by clicking the panel Design | Input/Output.

Double-clicking the Send mail block opens the Send mail form with the standard text formatting toolbar and the following fields for sending an email.

Email TAB:

HINT

In the fields described in the table, values can be entered using workflow variables, as shown in the image above (e.g. To: [MailTo], etc.).

To

Enter the e-mail recipient. If this field is empty, the program issues an error warning.

Cc

Enter the recipient(s) of the email copy.

Bcc

Enter blind recipient(s) of the email copy, i. e. recipients that will not be visible to other recipients.

1. Use system settings

2. Mailbox settings - see description for Internet settings.

Mailbox must be also selected.

Settings for this server type will be saved into Mailbox and you can use them in other WF.
